Appointment requests are subject to Smile4Pet review, availability, appointment review, vaccination-record
review, pet health and behavior review, and written confirmation.
All appointment requests and confirmed appointments are also governed by our separate

Service prices are provided in US Dollars (USD) and may vary by location, number of pets, appointment type,
travel requirements, clinic or partner-location arrangements, and other circumstances disclosed before confirmation.
Prices are subject to applicable state and local sales tax where required by law.

pricing. The price provided in the written appointment confirmation or other written appointment communication from
