Smile4Pet is a small, hands-on team. Our booking manager works remotely and checks all text messages, voicemails, and emails every day, carefully reviewing each request from our current and future clients.
We do our best to answer phone calls, but most of our workdays are spent:
Traveling between homes and veterinary clinics
Working directly with dogs and cats during oral hygiene appointments
Because of this, we often can’t physically answer the phone in real time. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually by the end of the same day (and always within 48 hours).
For everyone’s safety and per State of Connecticut requirements, we ask all clients to provide up-to-date vaccination records before the appointment.
🦴 Dogs: Rabies (required) + core vaccines (DAP/DHPP)
🐱 Cats: Rabies (required) + FVRCP
